CaSSIS acquires an image near the Curiosity rover’s exploration zone

CaSSIS acquired an image (MY36_018708_356_0) near the Curiosity rover’s exploration zone in Gale crater. This image shows the parachute. For operational reasons, CaSSIS rarely gets pictures of rover landing sites so this was the first opportunity to get an image of this target.
